Welcome to Philly E-Mall, amigos (friends)! My name is Sid Karp and I am the founder, owner, operator and webmaster here. I hope you will find whatever you are looking for on my web site. There are a number of different kinds of residents on board. So, you should be able to find something of interest to you here. If not, let me know!
Philly E-Mall was long in the making. It began as an all-jazz site called Philly-Deli Scene back around 1995. I had it placed on a web server at radio station, WNUR-FM (Northwestern University) as part of their Jazz Web , which was hosted by a man named Joe Germuska. Thanks Joe! Then, several years later, I used part of the name and came up with Philly E-Mall. For more on that little history lesson, see About Us in the near future.
